How to Return Bottles

We are part of our environment and the environment is part of us - whether it is the air we breathe, the water we drink, or the soil in a park we step on with bare feet on a sunny day. Therefore we believe that if we take care of our environment, we also take care of ourselves. When we established Way of Life Nourishment, we made a decision to start running the production on a larger scale only after designing a fully functional bottle return program.

You will notice that a bottle deposit fee is added to each order. This fee is charged at $1 per bottle and is one of the necessary factors to have an effective bottle return program. The number of Way of Life Nourishment bottles in your possession is automatically tracked through your account. Once logged into your account, you will notice a 'Bottle Return Form'. Through this form, you can return the bottles in one of the following ways:

  1. Pick-up Request - you have Way of Life Nourishment bottles in your possession and would like us to come and pick them up at your location. We require at least 24-hour notice and a minimum of 5 bottles to be returned, if you do not have an open delivery order during which we could pick these up.
  2. Drop-off Notice - you have Way of Life Nourishment bottles in your possession and would like to drop them off at one of our pick-up locations. We require at least 24-hour notice. There is no minimum # of bottles to be returned this way.

When submitting the ‘Bottle Return Form', you can choose whether you would like the applicable refundable deposit to be returned to you in cash or via credit being applied to your account (to be used towards your future purchases). Once we are able to verify the actual number of bottles returned, we refund you directly or credit your account within 24 hours.

With any cleanse program, we will only charge you for the last day worth of bottles. As long as your cleanse is in progress, we expect to keep collecting the empty bottles from you (for example, bottles from Day 1 will be collected during Day 2 scheduled delivery/pick-up). Once you are finished with the last cleanse day, you can simply use the ‘Bottle Return Form’ as you are guaranteed to have at least 5 bottles in your possession.

All of the returned bottles undergo a rigorous cleaning and sanitization process (while using only eco-friendly products) but we would like to ask you a favour and help us keep the bottles usable as long as possible. After finishing your bottle, please rinse the bottle and the cap with warm water as soon as possible. Even though the bottle caps are meant to be returned as well, these do not have to be twisted back on to allow the bottle to be ventilated properly.
